Replacing The Fuel Filter On A Diesel Giulietta/500L & 500X
For 1.3, 1.6 & 2.0 diesel engines. This particular guide is on the Giulietta. The fuel filter needed is 77366607.
 | Remove the engine cover from its push fit fixings. |

 | Unclip the three connectors on top of the fuel filter housing. |
|
 | Undo the two 10mm bolts to the housing. |
|
 | Undo the six T25 (Torx) bolts. |
|
 | Remove the top half and extract the fuel filter. When replacing the new one, just make sure the breather hose is lined up. |
